OUr Booking Process
When you reach out to The Physics Dimension, you’re talking directly with Christina or Benjamin, not a call center or franchise office. Just two educators-turned-entertainers who love creating custom experiences for every client. You can call, text, or email – whatever is most comfortable for you.
We’ll start with a few quick questions to make sure we design the perfect experience for your event. Once we’ve nailed down the occasion, theme, and vibe, we’ll send you a personalized proposal that includes:
- Transparent pricing for your chosen show format
- Optional upgrades and add-ons
- A draft contract for your review
Our pricing is also published on our website, but any applicable discounts or bundles will be reflected in your custom proposal.
Once you select your preferred show, we’ll finalize the contract. Electronic signatures are accepted (and encouraged!). Your 25% deposit secures your date and time, and you can still add customizations up to 14 days before the event. We’ll check in at that point to confirm details and collect another 25% payment.
No surprises, no pushy sales; just science, clarity, and excitement.
Show Time!
On the day of your science show, our lead performer will arrive in our dedicated vehicle, fully stocked with:
- Demonstration tables and equipment
- All necessary materials and consumables
- Cleanup supplies
Setup usually takes 30–60 minutes, depending on access and layout. Once we’re ready, our performer changes into costume, joins the flow of your event, and launches into the show when your guests are primed and ready for amazement.
Once it’s showtime, guests are drawn in immediately with wow-worthy science demonstrations – dramatic reactions, glowing plasmas, smoky bubbles, or levitating rings. If you’ve chosen one of our narrative-driven shows, the performer will guide the audience through a playful, theatrical narrative where participants become part of the experiment itself.
After the formal show, there’s always time for hands-on exploration or extra demos for curious guests. And if the fun’s still going strong, we’ll always check with you before extending time – never charge you for surprise overtime.
We handle cleanup and teardown ourselves. Because we bring our own tables, covers, and cleaning materials, you can relax knowing your venue will be as tidy as when we arrived.

We’re Truly Full-Service Entertainment
Other companies will tell you to “have a table ready.” We’ll bring three, plus backup power. We supply everything – tables, props, consumables, safety gear, and cleanup supplies.
